1. Who we are

This Site is operated by Alon Bar, OUT OF KUFSA, Osek Murshe (Israeli business ID) 039350731 (the "controller"). Questions about privacy: outofkufsa@gmail.com.

2. What we collect

  • Contact form: name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, country, company or group, group size, preferred format and your message.
  • Direct contact: whatever you send us by email or WhatsApp.
  • Analytics (only with your consent): anonymized usage data via Google Analytics 4, such as pages visited, device type and approximate location.

3. Why we use it

To answer your inquiry, prepare and deliver a workshop proposal, and understand how the Site is used so we can improve it. The legal basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to requests you initiated. We do not sell your data and do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

4. Who processes it

Form submissions are transmitted through Cloudflare (hosting) and FormSubmit (form delivery service) to our email inbox, hosted by Google. Analytics data is processed by Google. These providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States.

5. Cookies

Google Analytics cookies are set only after you click "Accept" in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer. The Site also stores your accessibility and cookie preferences locally in your browser.

6. Retention

We keep inquiry details for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, and then delete them unless the law requires otherwise.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data, or withdraw consent, by writing to outofkufsa@gmail.com. Depending on where you live (for example under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law or the EU/UK GDPR), you may also have the right to object, to data portability and to complain to a supervisory authority.

8. Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your data, but no transmission over the internet is completely secure.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page.
